Privacy notice
Effective . operates MathPrintLab.
What we process
- Worksheet settings, custom presets, student labels, and worksheet history are processed in your browser and saved in that browser's local storage. They are not uploaded to MathPrintLab.
- Worksheet questions, answers, previews, PNG files, and PDFs are generated in your browser. A file leaves the browser only when you choose to download, print, or otherwise share it.
- The current site has no account system, so it does not collect account email addresses, passwords, profiles, or cloud-saved worksheet data.
- The current site does not accept payments and does not collect or store payment-card, billing, customer, or subscription information.
- The hosting provider receives ordinary technical request data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, and request time. The provider handles that data under its own terms and privacy practices.
- If you contact support, we receive the email address and information you include in your message.
Why and how long
Browser-local data is used to remember your worksheet setup and organizer information. It remains in that browser until you remove it through MathPrintLab, clear the site's browser data, or the browser removes it. Hosting and support records may be kept as reasonably needed for security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and legal obligations.
Your choices
You can avoid entering identifying student information, remove locally saved students or presets in the site, and clear MathPrintLab's stored data in your browser settings. Because there are no user accounts or cloud records, there is no account to export, sign out of, or delete.
Contact us to ask about information included in a support request or to exercise privacy rights available where you live. Do not send student records, passwords, financial information, or other sensitive information in a support message.
Optional cross-device answer storage
When a signed-in account saves answers across devices, MathPrintLab stores the four-character worksheet code, topic identifier, page and problem counts, generator metadata, sanitized rendering settings, and the structured generated problems needed to recreate the exact answer key. It excludes student names, account email addresses, worksheet titles, instructions, assigned names and dates, and user-authored header content.
Cloud-saved records are connected to the verified account that created them and are retained for no more than 400 days. Signed-out worksheets remain stored only on the originating device. The same short code may exist in different accounts, and every hosted lookup is restricted to the verified owning account.
A server-peppered account hash is used for abuse limits; account email addresses and raw network addresses are not stored in the rate-limit table. Old rate-limit windows are removed during cleanup.
You can delete an individual answer record from its lookup result or preview. Signed-in users can delete individual or all owned answer records in the account panel; deleting the account also deletes owned answer records. Account export includes answer-record metadata, but not the problem payload. Expired and revoked records become unavailable immediately and are removed by scheduled cleanup after a 24-hour operational grace period.
Browser storage and cookies
MathPrintLab uses local browser storage to remember your theme, worksheet configuration, custom presets, student organizer entries, worksheet history, and local privacy choices. This storage stays on the device and browser profile where you created it; MathPrintLab does not receive it.
The current site does not send worksheet activity to a remote analytics service. The hosting provider may use strictly necessary security or delivery mechanisms as part of serving the site.
Blocking or clearing local storage may reset saved settings and remove local presets, student labels, and worksheet history, but the worksheet builder will remain available.
Terms of use
MathPrintLab provides tools for creating educational practice materials. You are responsible for reviewing generated questions and answers before use and for having authority to enter any student label or other information.
The current site is available without an account or purchase. Worksheet creation, previews, answer keys, printing, and downloads run in your browser. Locally saved information is available only on that browser and device and is not a backup service.
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material, or attempt to bypass reasonable security or usage controls. We may limit abusive use. The service is provided without a promise that every generated item is error-free, continuously available, or suitable for a particular learner.
These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be limited. We may update these terms prospectively and will publish a new effective date for material changes.
